I am the creator of my life: healing through inner harmony
We often forget our original nature, that each of us is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end. In this realisation lies a great power that enables us to create our reality from the state of ‘I am’.
Human architecture: the balance of the external and the internal
The human being can be compared to an exquisite architecture where the inside and outside are interconnected and complementary. The outer side is our personality, our social roles, achievements and interactions with the world. The inner is the higher aspects of our being: atman, budhyal and causal – those invisible but powerful structures that guide us to spiritual heights. It is important to realise that before we can aspire to higher spiritual goals, we must bring balance and harmony to our lower selves. This includes taking care of the physical body, emotional state, mental structures and energetic resources.
Higher and lower self: the path to wholeness
We live in a world where the spiritual and the material are often opposed. The Christian tradition, for example, emphasises the soul and the individual as the temple of the divine. At the same time, society evaluates us according to our achievements, social status and success. This conflict between the inner and the outer can create tension unless we find a way to harmonise both aspects.
How do you find that balance?
- Closure of basic needs. According to Maslow’s pyramid, before we can aspire to self-realisation and spiritual growth, our basic needs – physical, emotional and social – must be met. This is the foundation without which we cannot ascend to higher levels of consciousness.
- Acceptance of one’s spiritual nature. Recognising that each of us is a carrier of a divine spark helps us to see our lives as more than just a chain of events. This understanding gives us access to the higher self, which guides us to true happiness and inner peace.
- Working with internal figures. In each of us lives an inner child, parent and adult. These figures shape our behaviour, reactions to situations and the way we perceive the world. When we learn to listen to and accept each of these parts, we will find inner harmony and the power to move forward.
Internal and external figures: their role and importance
An important step towards wholeness is to understand and work with the inner figures: parent, child and adult. These figures represent different aspects of our self and their integration helps us to balance our needs, desires and responsibilities.
Parent
The parental figure within us is a symbol of care, discipline and responsibility. It reminds us of the importance of structure, order and stability in our lives. When the inner parent is in harmony, we feel secure and confident in our decisions.
The child
The inner child represents our purest and most sincere desires, joy, creativity and spontaneity. It reminds us of the importance of play, fun and freedom in life. When the inner child is accepted and loved, we can enjoy life and express our creative energy.
Adult
The adult within us is the centre of rationality, wisdom and objectivity. He or she helps us to make informed decisions, taking into account the needs of both the inner child and the parent. A harmonious adult leads us to maturity and the ability to live in balance with ourselves and the world around us.
Working with the three levels of the brain: reptilian, mammalian and neocortex
Our brain, like our self, is made up of three parts, each with its own unique functions:
- The reptilian brain is responsible for our basic instincts: survival, safety, physical well-being. It reacts quickly and efficiently to help us adapt to changes in our environment.
- The mammalian brain is associated with emotions, social connections and attachments. It is responsible for our relationships with others, our desire for love, acceptance and support.
- The neocortex is the centre of higher thinking, analysis and creativity. It allows us to plan, solve complex problems and develop spiritually.
Transition to a new state: from fear to spiritual growth
When we are faced with new challenges, fear is often awakened in us. However, it is this fear that hides opportunities for spiritual growth. Fear is a signal that points to areas in which we can develop and grow.
How do you overcome fear and move forward?
- Осознание страха. Recognising your fear is the first step to overcoming it. Don’t try to avoid it, but explore its nature and understand what is behind it.
- Working with the energy of fear. Channel the energy of fear into creation. Use it to realise your true desires and goals.
- Moving from fear to trust. Trusting life, God and yourself will help you move through fear and reach a new level of awareness and strength.
Conclusion: the path to a holistic personality
Becoming a holistic person means realising your inner and outer nature, accepting all your aspects and integrating them into a harmonious system. It takes work, time and courage, but the result is worth it. When all seven bodies – from the physical to the higher – become aligned, you gain harmony, strength and the ability to create your life with awareness and love.
